Orbi Pro SSR60 not connecting (one system at home, second system at work)

I have two Orbi Pro SSR60 systems, one at work 2.6.2.200, one at home 2.6.0.108, both set up as routers, two satellites at work, three at home. Neither will connect to the internet. Orbi Pro support tried to troubleshoot the home system, couldn't figure out why it wouldn't connect. I have the same problem at work. Doesn't respond over network, doesn't respond when computer attached directly via lan cable, doesn't respond to Insight (says  can''t connect). Where do I go from here?
