What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

There is no ISP modem. It connects directly to the WAN port from our ISP by an outdoor rated and armoured 5E cable.
Our internet service is provided by a company that does point to point long range wifi connections.
The internet isn't the problem, any device on ethernet works fine, it's devices connected by wifi that are the issue.
We have the orbi pro router and 2 satellites, they are deployed in an open warehouse environment for 1 satellite and the router, the second satellite is hard wired by a 5E cable into the office space.
The router and satellite in the warehouse have line of sight and are approximately 12 meters (40 feet) apart.

when the issue happens, are you able to access Router GUI to download debug files and PM me?
- TimC5Sep 04, 2023Aspirant
Thanks Bruce, yes I can do that.
That said it's now making a liar out of me and hasn't done it again since I posted this, when it was happening once or twice a day.
Hopefully it's resolved itself, however if it hasn't I'll pop the debug files over to you.
