Orbi RBS50Y Will Not Connect

RBS50Y boots up, flashes white for about 1 hour, then turns solid white. I beleive the firmware may be corrupt. Is there a way to TFTP a new software to this unit? I have tried connecting to my RBS50 system multiple times but it will not connect.

Solid white usually indicates its booted and ready to sync. Pulsing white usually means its booting.
Pulsing blue is booting/changing to extender mode. Solid blue means its ready to sync.
Try changing its modes maybe the firmware for extender mode works fine. It'd at least let you get it booted and maybe update firmware.

Holding synch button while powering on.... Pulses white, never blue, then goes to solid white. Basically no change.

Is there any way to TFTP a new firmware to this thing without it being synched to the router?

there's not a way to tftp since it doesn't have an ethernet port.
Is it still within warranty?
you can check it by clicking on "mynetgear" at the top. Register an account and then the device. From there you can check warranty.
