Orbi SXR30 having random issues with certain devices

I got an orbi SXR30 system with 2 satellites exactly a year ago.  System has been working perfectly for a year.  We have around 50 devices connected and strong connection everywhere.  Starting around a month ago, a couple devices had issues. First, my son's iPad randomly lost connection, and then a couple days later, my Mac did the same thing. Turning the Mac wifi off-and-on solved the problem.  Since then the problem has gotten worse. Now, multiple times a day, my Mac is losing connection. Only it is no longer resolved by turning Mac wifi off-and-on; now the only fix is to unplug the the Orbi base unit and let it restart.  If instead I just turn the wifi on the Mac off and on, the Mac will instantly find wifi, 10 seconds later drop the connection, start searching for the connection for 20 seconds, and eventually show a wifi exclamation mark (which means it is getting wifi but not getting internet). Troubleshooting with the Mac, I have tried forgetting the network, turning off the Mac, shutting off wifi on the Mac multiple times. But the only solution is turning off the Orbi base unit.

In addition to the Mac, we have a Samsung tv that seems to be having similar issues - started around the same time. And then a couple other devices have had the issues a handful of times (son's iPad a few times over the last month, husband's iPhone today, and one of our Firesticks once last week).

When these random devices lose wifi, all other devices are working fine. Like, 40+ devices.  Including other apple products (multiple other iPhones and iPads), and another fire stick.  Obviously, I've tried standing right beside the Orbi - no luck.

I checked the Orbi settings webpage, and it says all units have been updated to the latest firmware. Same with the devices.

This is infuriating, and I'm wondering if I just drop the $150 to get a google system instead because I don't have the time to be turning the internet off and on multiple times a day (we both work from home and are online/zoom all day).

As you walk me through this, assume I have a decent working knowledge of the equipment and troubleshooting, but not a ton of experience with software/network settings. So if you're going to tell me to do something like set a static IP for a device, you'll have to walk me through it!

Anyone have any random ideas?

What modem/gateway is the router connected to?

What firmware is on the orbi?

Did you try a factory reset? I've seen issues sometimes after firmware upgrades and a factory reset can sometimes help with that
