What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What LAN devices do you have connected?
Can you still access the SXRs web page when this happens?
Any LAN switches connected?
Notice any ARP storms happening on the LAN side?
What is the CAT# cable between the SXR and ISP modem? CAT6 is recommended.
I am using Cat 6 cable between the SXR and cable modem.
