Port Setup for Orbi Pro VLANs
Hi everyone, hoping you can help me out a bit. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong with setup, but I can't get two VLANs through a single trunk port on the SXK80's satellite. I have an 8 port managed switch (GS108T) I have connected to Port 2 on the satellite, but I can't get more than one VLAN from the switch to talk the network - Either VLAN 1 works, or VLAN 3, but I can't get both. I thought if a port was designated a trunk it could support more than 1 VLAN through it - Is that wrong, and I need to have two ethernet cables going between the switch and the satellite (one for VLAN1 and one for VLAN 3)?
I've tried setup via Insight, as well as through the local web for the switch and router but neither are working.

Is the SXS80 satellite directly connected to the GS108T?
Is the SXR80 wireless connected to the SXS80 or via ethernet backhaul? It would be best if post a detailed diagram of your network setup (not in words, should be a diagram).
What is the current firmware version of the SXR80/SXS80 as well as the GS108T?

The SXS80 was connected to the GS108T directly, and the SXS80 is connected to the SXR80 wirelessly. I decided to just nix using the managed switch and picked up two unmanaged switches (with each connected to the SXS80, and each switch being for one VLAN each). Not exactly what I wanted but the use case is solved.

TheGrumpyGent this reads a litle bit dangerous to me, considering e.g. the spanning tree protocol (STP) runns outside of the VLANs.
