Does your system have a setting for WiFi MultiMedia?

Yes.
WMM is enabled for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.

What about UpNP?
I have a dim memory of one reason Orbi's have "issues" with some unmanaged network switches is the vendor's implementation of IGMP Snooping. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IGMP_snooping Notice the discussion under IGMP Querier. I found an Android app called UPnP Scanner that identifies the UpNP devices on the network and was able to find that an RBR50 router behaved differently when UpNP was enabled vs. disabled.
Sorry to flounder around.

No worries, I appreciate you trying and help me.
My UPnP settings was on with Advertisement Period(in minutes) = 30 and Advertisement Time to Live(in hops) = 4.
I wanted to do some more tests with different setting, however, my TV stopped working, most of the screen blacks out after 30 seconds.
It's wierd, because each time the TV is turned on, it looks good for 30 seconds.
Anyway, I'm putting this DLNA issue on hold until I can solve the issue with TV, or get a new one (which will not be an LG).
Thanks again for all your time and effort.
