I'd been having a similar problem to this with my NAS not showing up as an available device on my smart TV and have just found that if I up the hops setting in my Orbi's uPNP settings it seems to have solved the problem. I changed the hops from 4 (default) to 20 (arbitrary higher number) and the NAS instantly appeared.
