Satellite Purple Light

My Netgear Orbi system is a few years old but lately I have been experiencing nothing but problems.  The mesh router (SXR30) has no light on the front, and I have powered it up and down several times.   I have 3 SXS30 mesh satellites: all 3 show a purple light on the front.  I have tried resyncing, powering off but nothing seems to work.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

    If the router is not working, then the satellites will not function, and will show the magenta light.

    The Power LED on the back of the router is showing Green, correct?

     

    The SXR30 User Manual states that the SXR30 router will have no light showing on the front after it has completed powering up and connecting to the internet.  When you restart it, is that what happens?  (see page 14)

    "not working" means that

    • There is no WiFi signal from the router?
    • A device connected to the router with an Ethernet cable does not have internet?

    This is not looking good.
