SRX80 Orbi Router: Ports and Vlans Question

I have an SXR80 Orbi router, and want to operate multiple VLANS in my application.

 

I also need to open/assign some ports for a given application(s).  

 

Are the ports associated with a specific VLAN (the default vlan), or can ports be assigned on a vlan by vlan basis?
