Switch from router mode to ap mode?
I've a Orbi Pro setup here with following specs:
Mode: Router
WAN: 192.168.0.0/16
WLAN1: Active
WLAN2: Active
Guest-WLAN: Active
LAN config: 10.0.0.0/24
When I now switch to AP Mode, what happens to the 3 WLAN setups? How can I seperate after switch, wifi guest users from "normal" users in my network?
Hi kromonos,
The configuration of the WLAN will still be there. The only thing that will be changed is that the DHCP/NAT function will be handled by your Router and also the gateway. The Orbi Pro has its own wireless separation from the Guest network to ensure that they cannot access anything inside your network.
