SXK80 - Unable to discover or register SXS80 in Insight
When I SXS80 can sync normally with SXR80 normally, I can't search for the SXS80 device in the network in insight and I can't add it by scanning the QR code on the bottom of the device, it asks me to...
- Aug 17, 2023Hi For SXK80, you can add sattelite via SXR80's UI, htttps://orbilogin.com shoud be able to access. You can change the default SSID/PW during the initial setup wizard. For 'My other NETGEAR products', this part will show all your NETGEAR registered product. The way to 'hide' it is to unregister the product. In fact it doesn't mean the product under Insight's management. I will ask a support member to contact you to see if you need any other help. Thanks.

Use the SXR80 Web UI instead of the Insight App.

Does the SXK80 product only support connecting to Insight applications?
Does it support connecting to Orbi applications? Thank you.

Use Insight app to onboard SXR80. SXS80 is already pre-pair with SXR80. You cannot use Insight App to onboard SXS80. When SXR80 is managed by Insight, power on the pre-paired SXS80 and go to Insight GUI to see if SXS80 is under SXR80 management. If you purchase the SXS80 individually, which is not pre-paired, you need to push the sync button on SXS80 and SXR80. Then, wait a few minutes, you can see if the SXS80 is under SXR80 management.

Hello BruceGuo
The strange thing is that my SXS80 is seen as successfully connected on the web UI management page of the SXR80, but in the insight app it is not in the SXR80 management, and the device indicator on the SXS80 is showing a normal connection.
I bought SXK80, one SXR80 + one SXS80
Also is it supported to connect to SXK80 with Orbi app? thanks. - shejialunAug 12, 2023Aspirant
The SXS80 is indeed currently under SXK80 management, but I have another SXS80 in my my other Netgear products, the one that is already under SXR80 management, what's going on? Is it possible to clear that SXS80 from my other netware products, thanks.
