SXK80 - Unable to discover or register SXS80 in Insight
When I SXS80 can sync normally with SXR80 normally, I can't search for the SXS80 device in the network in insight and I can't add it by scanning the QR code on the bottom of the device, it asks me to...
- Aug 17, 2023Hi For SXK80, you can add sattelite via SXR80's UI, htttps://orbilogin.com shoud be able to access. You can change the default SSID/PW during the initial setup wizard. For 'My other NETGEAR products', this part will show all your NETGEAR registered product. The way to 'hide' it is to unregister the product. In fact it doesn't mean the product under Insight's management. I will ask a support member to contact you to see if you need any other help. Thanks.

The SXS80 is indeed currently under SXK80 management, but I have another SXS80 in my my other Netgear products, the one that is already under SXR80 management, what's going on? Is it possible to clear that SXS80 from my other netware products, thanks.
