SXR50 - Insight app and site not in sync with Orbilogin
Dear,
The orbilogin and insight app / website is not in sync. Items are not updates and i can't update anything from the site.
There errors:

Failure Reason: Unable to update guest SSID for device Router

Yes i did, support was nice but the product is a mess.
You mis al lot of options on the https://insight.netgear.com/ or the app to maintain the router. So when you use https://orbilogin.com/ to manage your device to use the options like a schedule on the wifi or renaming devices the sync will break between the orbi and insight.
And... that is normal.. is a known issue from netgear. They don't know if the issue can be solved. 😞
I need to maintain the config on https://orbilogin.com/... the interface from 1990 that cant be used on a phone.
Netgear don't call this a pro device. The WiFi is great but maintaining it is a hell. 😞
But hey! I get a 5 years subscription on insight that can't be used! Great....
But... i can finally forward the service from Quake 2 & 3 on my Pro Orbi! Woopie! 🤣
