SXR80 just started periodically showing magenta

I've recently had a recurring issue with my SXR80 router. randomly during the day it show magenta and my internet slows down. I've reset everything, including satellites, router and Arris modem. I checked with my ISP and there are no issues. All cables test good and the satellites never show magenta. I have troubleshooted and cannot find what is causing it. I've ruled out all the obvious possibilities. 

I'm also having an issue where every time I reboot the router, I have to reconfigure the password.
