Cannot see correct ARMOR license and expire date in ORBI Application
Hello,
a few days ago i changed router from R8000 to ORBI RBE771.
I have an active ARMOR license . On armor.netgear.com the license is correctly associated with the ORBI router.
But on the ORBI app it tells me that the TRIAL license which comes with the RBE771 is active.
The ORBI APP is connected to the correct NETGEAR account, but there is no way to see my actual subscription license.
The support of netgear told me to reset the router and then reload the configuration backup and to uninstall and re-install the ORBI app. But nothing changed.
Somebody can tell me how to solve this?
Greetings,
Fabio

I belive trial period doesn't show anything, once the trial is up, then you can choose to purchase an actual subscription and then would see more details.
Something to keep in contact with NG support about.

Will be interesting to see what happens after the 30 day free subscription expires. Fortunately, there will be time remaining on the 90 days of 'complimentary support' to contact Netgear if the app does not recognize the existing paid subscription after the trial period expires.
Might be a good idea to keep the case open with Netgear support, i.e. "why does the Orbi 'app' not recognize my PAID Armor subscription that I transferred from the R8000 to the RBE771?
