I have six different Netgear routers that are used in three different locations. I use the Netgear armor subscription to manage the security at my three different locations. I have problems between Netgear and Bitdefender in managing the Armor subscriptions. Is there a primary subject matter expert in the Community to answer Armor subscription issues? I have opened tickets to both the Netgear and Bitdefender support teams, but I honestly don't think either support team is aware of how the billing of Armor is done. They are familiar with answering Support cases, however after a support case is created, I believe my case is forwarded to someone else. I don't know if the next person is from Billing or from the Armor Programming team. My problem is that I waste a lot of time opening up cases on my account, under the impression that my billing issues will be resolved, however Netgear and Bitdefender continue to bill me in correctly on my Armor subscriptions. I just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and can hardly keep it charged. If I run the battery usage feature, it points the finger at Netgear Armor app using 119% of my battery. Hello, a few days ago i changed router from R8000 to ORBI RBE771. I have an active ARMOR license . On armor.netgear.com the license is correctly associated with the ORBI router. But on the ORBI app it tells me that the TRIAL license which comes with the RBE771 is active. The ORBI APP is connected to the correct NETGEAR account, but there is no way to see my actual subscription license. The support of netgear told me to reset the router and then reload the configuration backup and to uninstall and re-install the ORBI app. But nothing changed. Somebody can tell me how to solve this?
