I just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and can hardly keep it charged. If I run the battery usage feature, it points the finger at Netgear Armor app using 119% of my battery. Hello, I have a premium subscription of SPS which started on May 5, 2025 and is active till May 5, 2026. It used work fine until a few weeks back. However, for the last few weeks whenever I open the app it asks me to set up SPC and after sometime it shows the SPC-ACT-FAIL Error screen. And SPC are no longer working and not applying any filters that I had set and which were previously working. Can someone help me with how to resolve this? I recently purchased the 970 3 pack. The connectivity is amazing no issues with dead zones or dropping connection. The parental controls are extremely delayed or sometimes not taking effect unless I reboot. If i pause a device, the device will stay connected for a while unless i do a reboot. If they're playing a game or in a voice call the connection will continue until they end or leave that call/game. Is this normal use case or is something wrong?Cannot see correct ARMOR license and expire date in ORBI Application
Hello, a few days ago i changed router from R8000 to ORBI RBE771. I have an active ARMOR license . On armor.netgear.com the license is correctly associated with the ORBI router. But on the ORBI app it tells me that the TRIAL license which comes with the RBE771 is active. The ORBI APP is connected to the correct NETGEAR account, but there is no way to see my actual subscription license. The support of netgear told me to reset the router and then reload the configuration backup and to uninstall and re-install the ORBI app. But nothing changed. Somebody can tell me how to solve this? Hi, My son is watching the dudeperfect app on a firestick and I would like to set and hour limit. Since the app is not listed with all the other apps such as instagram to limit can I manually add the app? I did notice the under usage -> categories-> Blogs & Personal Sites it has dudeperfectplus and a time pf and hour and 15 minutes. I can limit that categorie but was wondering if easier way as there other apps like kiddio tv and others that are hard to find to limit. I'm experiencing the same problem. I have been using Parental Controls daily for years, and yesterday it was no longer there. Still not there today. Android App 2.45.1.4740 Firmware v2.7.5.6 Modedl RBR50 The app doesn't have an option for 'My Subscriptions' nor does it have an 'Add Ons'.
