Netgear Armor and Bitdefender billing

I have six different Netgear routers that are used in three different locations.  I use the Netgear armor subscription to manage the security at my three different locations.

I have problems between Netgear and Bitdefender in managing the Armor subscriptions.  Is there a primary subject matter expert in the Community to answer Armor subscription issues?

I have  opened tickets to both the Netgear and Bitdefender support teams, but I honestly don't think either support team is aware of how the billing of Armor is  done.  They are familiar with answering Support cases, however after a support case is created, I believe my case is forwarded to someone else.

 

I don't know if the next person is from Billing or from the Armor Programming team.  My problem is that I waste a lot of time opening up cases on my account, under the impression that my billing issues will be resolved, however Netgear and Bitdefender continue to bill me in correctly on my Armor subscriptions.

If a contact person for Netgear Armor is available, please direct me on who could be of help!
