Orbi 970 SPC Issues
I recently purchased the 970 3 pack. The connectivity is amazing no issues with dead zones or dropping connection. The parental controls are extremely delayed or sometimes not taking effect unless I reboot. If i pause a device, the device will stay connected for a while unless i do a reboot. If they're playing a game or in a voice call the connection will continue until they end or leave that call/game. Is this normal use case or is something wrong?

I previously had TP Link be68 mesh system which the parental controls worked flawlessly however, the decos would drop multiple times a day without a cause.
I have mac address randomize turned off on all my devices. The issue still persist. If you use parental controls is there a massive delay when you pause a device?
I don't use SPC personally on my system.
How long is this delay?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What mobile platform are you using for SPC and Orbi app? Android or Apple?
Using ISP DNS or custom DNS?
Is IPv6 enabled or disabled? Disabled should be tested.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
