I am having issue to change my phone number for the two step verification to access my Orbi app.

Hi,&nbsp;There is no error message.&nbsp;I was able to delete the old number but I cannot insert the new number.&nbsp;Thanks,&nbsp;Fernando

Did you ever get this resolved. I am seriously considering getting a different companies router, because no one can answer this question.

Hi,&nbsp;I have not received any reply from Netgear regarding this issue.&nbsp;I have simply remove thet two step authentication process from my product.&nbsp;Thanks
