Disable Netgear ARMOR or cancel Subscription use Web browser
I have to use a web browser to configure my new R700S router. (Smart phones are not allowed in this area.) I could not find a RS700 to purchase so I purchased the RS700S. I do not need or want the S (Netgear ARMOR).
- Can I just cancel the free 1 year service contact? It is listed under my.netgear service but no option to cancel or disable. I found a site about how to cancel but I need a case/contract number (https://my.netgear.com/refundform) to finish the form.
- If I cannot cancel how can I disable the service using a web browser? Netgear gives instruction for using the app but never lists how to do it using a web browser.

Something you can only do thru the NH app. Check on the app under subscriptions.
You can disable Armor as well from the NH app. Under Setting/Security.
