Hello, I have an Orbi 960 series router running the latest firmware version "7.2.6.31". I'm having an issue with my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 showing under a tab called "My Devices - Outside BOX network." I've tried removing and re-adding the Armor app from my phone and from the Armor web console. I've also tried disabling the random MAC address. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Regards, Liam

I don't have a ticket for this because I haven't talked to them about it however I do have a ticket for Netgear Armor not working with computers that have the new arm processor in them like the Surface Pro 11. I can't even install Netgear Armor on the Surface Pro 11. It won't go past the installer. They really need to get all this stuff fixed. I was going to keep Netgear Armor but if it's not fixed by April my Norton 360 renews and I'm going to leave them.

Hi FURRYe38 Thanks for your response, I think the issue is related to a security feature in android meaning that the netgear armor app cannot access the MAC address of the device, I am currently checking this with netgear and bitdefender support. Bitdefender Support got back to me with the below response: "I have looked deeper into the case and it seems that the situation is caused by an issue that has already been acknowledged by our development team. We are currently working on a fix that will be done by means of an automatic update and won't require any additional action on your end.I will get back to you with an update regarding the fix as soon as we have one."

Did you ever get it resolved? It's now January 2025 and I am having the same issue with the RBE971. I just got this router and it's putting my phone in the outside box network even though it shouldn't be. Please let me know if you got it fixed and how. Thank you

  I received an update from Bitdefender Support on November 7th stating that the issue should now be fixed. However, the issue still persists for me, so the support ticket is still ongoing. I will let you know when I have any further updates.

    I also have this problem, just got a support ticket open now, but was just wondering if anyone else managed to get this fixed and what the resolution was?
