Question

I cannot log into my admin because I got this box of a friend who moved and cannot be tracked. I tried to reset but the power button being held only reboots it no matter how long I press it. Idk what to do.

FURRYe38​ Exactly. What device do you have? its usually not the power button but the reset button. Tough to tell you where it is without a model. The support site is great for manuals that point out where the reset button is.&nbsp;

Press the reset button in back for 15 seconds if there is one...

My mobile hotspot box is a Netgear Aircard 797S ATT Unite Express 2&nbsp;
SN:&nbsp;
It won't physically reset and I don't know why.

While most electronic devices have a "Reset Button" which is inside the case and can be accessed by sticking something through a tiny hole in the case (labeled "Reset"), this product appears to have a different method for reset.&nbsp; (See page 68 of the User Manual)

Notice the comment that Administrators have the ability to enable/disable the reset function. You may have a paperweight.
