Orbi RBR50 - Armor BitDefender installation on Mac

Hi  I have an Orbi mesh router and am trying to install Netgear armor Bitdefender on my Mac. After the application successfully installs on the Mac I am requested to log in using my Netgear user id/password.

When I enter the user id and password, I get the following message: “No internet connection found. Check your connection and try again”

Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I can fix this problem?

    Hi quidneck, welcome to the community! Are you able to login using the same credentials on armor.netgear.com? Did you use the link provided via the Armor app/UI?

      Hi Dexter,

       

      Thankyou. It worked when I used the link on armor.netware.com. It didn't work when I initiated the install using the Orbi app on an IPhone.
