Windows 11 No Internet with armour

I have two windows PC's linking through the router on the same wifi network one running windows 10 the other windows 11 (recently upgraded from 10). the windows 10 machine works perfectly. The recently upgraded windows 11 PC gives no internet secured on wifi and no internet on ethernet. while being able to support browser queries using chrome, email from non exchange servers (but will not connect from outlook 365 onto a microsoft exchange server). If I switch to my non armour netgear router with either PC I get full internet access and no issues. The nighthawk gets its internet connection from the other router. There are no URL's being reported as blocked by the armour software on the night hawk. Any suggestions?

 

All machines running the latest firmware, software and driver versions.

    do you have IPv6 enabled? 

    What firmware version are you on? 

    what modem/gateway is the R8000 connected to?

      Thanks for the support

       

      IPv6 is enabled on both PC’s and disabled on both routers.

      R8000 is on firmware version V1.0.4.76 and the nighthawk X48 D7800 is on V1.0.1.66

       

      The R8000 is connected to the nighthawk X48 D7800 as its modem. This device is set as a router/modem.

        so you're going D7800 (router mode)----->R8000 (router mode)?

        It causes a double nat. 

        have you tried putting the R8000 in access point mode?
