Can no longer access remotely access Circle on my Netgear Orbi router RBR20
Hello,
I can no longer access remotely access Circle on my Netgear Orbi router RBR20. This problem started happening in the last 1-2 weeks. Prior to the last 1-2 weeks I have accessed Circle remotely for several years.
Orbi Router RBR20
Router firmware V2.7.3.22
Circle app for iOS on iPhone XS running iOS 16.2
App version 2.1.12 (873)
Circle firmware 2.3.0.4
I can successfully access Circle if I am connected at home to the wifi network created by the Orbi RBR20. But I cannot access Circle remotely.
Can you assist?

Message from Netgear Support for information:
"...We got some update from Circle team that there are some issue on server side but they are able to fix it now. Please continue to test it for couple more days and confirm if the issue is already resolve."

Got the problem since March and no solution from Netgear or Circle up to now. We should be able to get a refund really. I will be looking at changing to Eero with a subscription to Eero Plus.
It looks like that they have fixed it. Since an hour it is working again for me. There was no change on my side apart from an update of my orbi mobile app (android) which came through today. So they must have changed something on there server I guess
That is exciting! Glad to hear Circle on Android OS is now working remotely again! It's been a while... 😁
I just noted that the Orbi app for Apple iOS was updated 5 days ago but I still cannot access Circle remotely (from cellular or another wifi network). The Circle app was not updated. 😢
It is also working again for me. I'm running firmware version V2.7.4.24 in a RBR40. APP from iOS.
The Circle iOS app has just started somewhat working for me via a remote (cellular) connection. However, I keep seeing "Network Failure - Request failed: unauthorized (401) Please retry or restart." error messages. That is new.
I can now access the iOS Circle app on my iPhone XS via a remote (cellular) connection.
In addition, I can now also access Manage > Get Circle Passcode and see my passcode. I have not been able to access this feature.
It's taken since January 2023 but we got there! 😃🏆
