Circle blocking normal sites and not adding to history
I've had Circle enabled for a while. It is now suddenly blocking normal sites that shouldn't be blocked (i.e. Office 365, my kids' high school site, etc.). It is NOT adding these pages to the history, so I can't Allow them. Why is it blocking these pages? And why is not being added to the History.
Also, I used to have a Circle device (standalone) and purchased the monthly premium subscription. When I bought my CBR40 and and re-installed the Circle app, all I can see is the History feature. All of the other premium features are not listed. Any way to get them back? I've restarted the modem, uninstalled the Circle app, cleared cache and data for the circle app. None of it works.

Hi kevincc, welcome to the community!
Does the issue persist on all profiles and/or filtering level? Does setting the devices to unmanaged resolve the issue?
The NETGEAR Circle subscription is separate from your Circle (with hardware/device) subscriptio. The link below may help.

Happens on all profiles. Setting devices to unmanaged allows access to the web sites. Setting the Filter level to None still blocks the sites. When the sites are blocked, it does not show up in history.

Yes, DexterJB , I've deleted the profiles and recreated them. Same thing. I've also created a brand new profile and it happens on that one too. I've disabled Circle, re-enabled it, deleted the app from my phone, re-installed it. Same thing. I'm tempted to add a prior firmware to see if that changes anything.
