Circle duplicate devices

Why do I keep getting alerts about a new device when that same device is already registered? The new one just has a different Mac address.

    Hi Tuffy75,

     

    1. What is the firmware version of your device?

    2. Please confirm if the model of your device is the R6700 since it is not among the devices that support the Circle feature.

    3. Please provide a screenshot if possible.

    4. On which device are you getting the alerts (Android, iOS)?
