Circle no longer working
Hello All...Happy new year...
My circle app is no longer allowing me to access my router, previously it was just not sending me the admin passcode, I followed advise from the forum and deleted the circle app and rebooted the rooter and now it will not even recognise the router as a compatible device, which I know not to be correct having been a circle user on the RBK50 since 2015...
Please let me know if anyone is able to assist at all? Currently I have no restrictions on the internet at all, which is not great now the kids are back to school...

What FW version is on the orbi system?

Hi There,
thank you for your comments, I am currently running V2.7.3.22 on the orbi... app version is 2.21.1.353.
I have tried al of what you have suggested and now the app is not even recognising the router as a compatible circle device, so currently have absolutely n way of connecting to the orbi using circle, despite restarting the router, rebooting he router, uninstalling and reinstalling circle.
Are you suggesting the course of action is to ditch circle completely and go with SPC?

Might update FW since your behind:
I'd factory reset and setup from scratch after wards. Be sure to update the RBS FIRST, then RBR lastly.
