Circle no longer working

Question

Hello All...Happy new year...&nbsp;My circle app is no longer allowing me to access my router, previously it was just not sending me the admin passcode, I followed advise from the forum and deleted the circle app and rebooted the rooter and now it will not even recognise the router as a compatible device, which I know not to be correct having been a circle user on the RBK50 since 2015...&nbsp;Please let me know if anyone is able to assist at all? &nbsp;Currently I have no restrictions on the internet at all, which is not great now the kids are back to school...&nbsp;Kind regards,&nbsp;Gideon

What FW version is on the orbi system?&nbsp;

May need to update to New SPC instead of older Circle gen...
What version of Orbi app are you using?

Hi There,&nbsp;thank you for your comments, I am currently running&nbsp;V2.7.3.22 on the&nbsp;orbi... app version is 2.21.1.353.&nbsp;I have tried al of what you have suggested and now the app is not even recognising the router as a compatible circle device, so currently have absolutely n way of connecting to the orbi using circle, despite restarting the router, rebooting he router, uninstalling and reinstalling circle.&nbsp;Are you suggesting the course of action is to ditch circle completely and go with SPC?&nbsp;G

Might update FW since your behind:

I'd factory reset and setup from scratch after wards. Be sure to update the RBS FIRST, then RBR lastly.&nbsp;

okay, I'll try that now... for some reason the auto update wasn't seeing the new update... but have done that manually now... thank you for spotting that...
