Disney circle passcode reset text not receiving
Got a new iphone and didnt think anything about signing out of circle on old phone which has now been reset. Trying to get myself back into my circle and ask for text message to send code but nothing...
What can I do. Any other way to get round this? Its on a Nighthawk R7000

I too have a new cell and do not have access to the old cell and can not access Circle to reset or change the setings.
can a Netgear admin can reset it for me?

Having the same issue. Upgraded my iphone. When launching the circle app. It detects my router/wifi is using circle. Then asked to get a text after mentioning Im the only admin. Not receiving text. Not sure how this will work if there is no phone attached to my account. Then I tried to go to my profile to add a phone number. There is no option to add.
Please assist.

I’m surprise to see that this passcode issue has been around since 2018 and Netgear is not doing anything to improve this issue. People still have to keep posting this problem to this forum.

Hi everyone who has joined my complaint of this issue that still isn't fixed and does get sorted by dexter. When you do get back up and running the pin you need to use (once your up and running and doesn't reset) can be found in Settings > Manage > circle passcode .
Note that down and you should be ok going forward. It's just a bit rubbish this can't be resolved any other way. Considering we are all paying for this service

Hello everyone,
I've got the same problem after i migrate my old iphone to a new one. I tried to connect and the message "We Found Circle!" appears.
It's enabled on your WI-FI network. Do you want to manage this Circle?
After i want to manage , i must enter Passcode . Because i'm also the circle admin i choose for "ï'm the only Circle admin" . But when i choose to send Circle's Passcode to my phone via SMS i never receive it ??
Please a solution for this big problem when i read the messaging before,

Hi all, and especially to Netgear Support!
I switched phones, and did not keep the old phone, and now I have the same problem as everyone else. I am the only admin, do not have my 4-digit passcode, and am thus locked out of my Circle for Orbi. Please help, because I would really prefer not to have to reset everything! I can DM the info needed once an admin or Support person contacts me.

Circle locked me out for the second time and my PIN (which I reset on here) seems to no longer be valid - and of course I can't change any of the details - I'll DM the person who solved it last time but surely a loooooooooong running community message is not the best way of solving this ?
