Not receiving code for my circle after move new phone
I have a new phone and I’m trying to set up my Circle application. I am trying to get a new code sent to me but the SMS message never arrives. I have no clue where it’s being sent. How can I get this code so I can finish the set up?
Old phone has gone.

I am using Orbi not circle hardware.
Just simply need a code to login my paid subscription. How come Netgear make this so complicated?Which Orbi model system do you have?
Circle was meant for Orbi, Orbi AC series. However became Smart Parental Controls later on.
You'll need to contact NG support and ask for help there. All that is beyond forum help.

Does this new phone have the same phone number as the previous phone?
Yes, it's same number. SMS didn't come no matter how I click for "Text me".
Already call in support center but they can't fix after 1 hour on line waiting and escalation back to US.
At the end they told me need another escalation and expect to take couple days.
Do you have a friend in the U.S. who could send a text to your phone number?
I live in a "mixed technology house (some Apple and some Android). It has been annoying that far too many times iPhones do not receive SMS texts send from Android phones.
Is this new phone with the same phone carrier as the previous phone?
Yes, I do have friends in US however mobile phone number column is not able to access now since I lost all control of Circle app even through customer service.
That is a weird mechanism indeed, I feedback to customer service as well, they called this highest security.
So, friends in the U.S. ARE able to send SMS text messages to your new phone?
