Not receiving SMS code for Circle
I have a new phone and I’m trying to set up my Circle application. I am trying to get a new code sent to me but the SMS message never arrives. I have no clue where it’s being sent. How can I get this code so I can finish the set up?

Recently bought this router second hand, when the Circle is enabled it try and send SMS code.
How can i reset this to start from new as I cant use the feature

I have the same problem because my wife and I got new phones at the same time. The SMS feature has never worked. I can log into the router, but there is no way to get the passcode!!! Poor design.

Once you post on this site, someone from Netgear should reach out to you and get proof of who you are. Once that is done, they will change the phone number in your account. In my case, I used my home phone number (no texting) when I setup Circle. So the texts went into the bit bucket.
