Not receiving SMS code for circle
Hello netgear team,
Could you please help to solve this issue: i cannot connect to my circle app because i m not receiving the SMS code despite several tentatives .

Hello, I noticed in a question post you were helping people who could not recieve the SMS codes from the cirlcle app...If I gave you my specs for my device could you help me with this. I'm having the same problem.

Same for me, To bind my IOS Circle app to my router circle, I am not receiving the SMS code while my phone number did not changes.
Note: I uninstalled the app to try to solve another issue: My yearly circle subsciprion dissapearded. And t is not the first time this is happening.
So to solve an issue I encounter another issue. Spending hours to solve netgear/circle issues is not my prefered activity and as I can read in the forums it seem to we a regular issue...

solved. the IOS was connected to the netgear guest wifi. Seems it should not.

No SMS message ever reaches me either. Then how can I enter the passcode ? I don't have the Circle brick device - just my netgear router R6400v2 and the app does say it is compatible. So why no text message ? I tried the 'resend' multiple times.
Please help.
