Admin password
I am trying to use the genie app and says the admin password is default but it won't work. What do I do?

1. What is the model number and firmware version of your device?
2. What version of the Genie app do you have installed?
3. Have you tried using another device (iOS, Android, computer)?
4. Are you able to login to the router UI using a browser with the default logins?
5. Have you tried resetting the device?
