Browser netgear genie v1.2.12 can't click simple or advanced tab
Hey there,
Since a few months now, I can't access advanced tab on my browser netgear genie because it's impossible to click on it, well, it highlights but the click doesn't load nor reacts.
I have tried disabling Adblock, using latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, tried using IE, still the same problem.
Do you have an idea how to bypass the problem ?

Hi @Nigor,
1. Have you tried using another device (another computer, smartphone, tablet)?
2. Have you tried performing a power cycle (turning off then on)?
3. Have you tried resetting the router?

Hi, I tried using my smartphone, who has the same issue with chrome and base android browser.
The modem has been switched off and on multiple times, and even reset, I had to set the parameters (password and name).
The issue is the same, without improvement. I'd like to try another (older) version of the router, but it seems like I can't install another version anyhow.

1. What is the model number of your device?
2. Did you perform the reset by pushing the small button on the unit? If not, please refer to the link below for the steps.
