Cannot print using Genie app

Of course it is! It is AirPrint :)
If my printer was compatible with AirPrint, I would not bother myself using NETGEAR's Genie app.
However, as it is one of the product selling points, quote: „NETGEAR genie makes any printer AirPrint compatible“, it becomes an issue.
Above I have listed number of symptoms, which are not directly related with AirPrint – more of an app stability itself, I believe. My R7000 shares the printer on network tremendously. And no genie or other apps are required in this case. When it comes to iOS devices, there has to be a small script running on some of the network computers, to share the printer as an AirPrint device (since printer does not have one itself).
At this point genie app fails. Trying to figure out why.

Even if you make it work depending on Genie it'll be non-ending frustration. My two printers are on wireless. NFC, Airprint compatible. No problem using it, 100% trouble free. I never bothered using Genie when I am using netgear stuffs. Mostly I use Asus routers. Saying this I never use USB ports on routers either.
