Can't access app CAX80
I've tried to access the app multiple times and it keeps bringing me back to the login screen.

Has your ISP updated the firmware on your CAX80?
How do I update the firmware on my CAX-series cable modem router or CBR-series cable Orbi router?

If Apple, be sure WiFi Private IP address features.
Be sure the Apple device is on the Local Network and its enabled for the app as well.
What version of app are you using?
What mobile OS version are you using?
NH app has been seeing some problems lately.

I am having this same issue - I have tried a new setup and it takes me to the admin login and will not go any further. Did a factory reset on the router and made sue the OS is up to date - is there a work around to get the app back up and running?
