Can't connect to nighthawk app - Spectrum Internet - AC1600 Model C6250
Just moved and got my router and internet set up (AC1600 WiFi Model C6250; Spectrum Internet). In trying to connect to the nighthawk app it tells me my firmware is out of date. When I go to routerlog...
Modems and Gateways (modem+router) are not supported by the app, afaik
Firmware is managed by the ISP, not NETGEAR. The latter provides it to the ISP and it decided if and when to roll it out.
