CDIL-API-FAIL RAX50 Nighthawk App

I have a Nighthawk RAX50
Firmware Version V1.0.11.112 

When I use the Nighthawk app and try to see my devices, it gives me the CDIL-API-FAIL error message and doesn't show any of my devices. I can see all my devices when I log in through the laptop via the IP address.

 

I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it again. When it was initially installed, it worked and showed all the devices. However, after about 3 minutes, the other applications appeared on the Nighthawk main window (such as the deactivated Armor and the activated Parental control) but then all the devices would not load again, and the same CDIL-API-FAIL error returned.

    Not just icloud relay but you disabled the private mac/ip address settings as well?

    Are you using armor or parental controls?

    Are you on ios or android? 

    If on ios, make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address are both disabled.

      Thank you. I use parental control but not armor. I am using iOS on my iPhone. How do disable the iPhone relay?

        My iCloud private relay is off… but still app not working.
