Enable Remote Access Fails - "Incorrect request format, try again."

I have been unable to enable remote access w/in the Genie App. Whenever I try I get an failure error indicating "incorrect request format, try again.". Anyone else seen this?

  • I found that my model is not supported AC1750 (R6700). So there is that... :-)

  • I am seeing the same thing on a R6400 ( AC1750 ).  I would like to get this working.

    Hi jbrickey and bkspark,

     

    1. What is the model number and firmware version of your device?

    2. What version of the Genie app do you have installed?

    3. Have you tried using another device (Android, iOS, PC)?

    4. Have you tried resetting the router?
