Genie app on Iphone and Ipad
Hello, There
I have been passing through a very hard time today just to try to enter in the NETGEAR Genie app in my Iphone as well in my Ipad.
I am connected to the red and using now my wireless computer to send this message, so I am obviously connected to the network, nevertheless the App (the one with the green aladino's lamp) continue to tellin me when I try to login that:
"NETGEAR router is not found or is not supported. Also make sure the device is not connected to the guest network of the router and no IPv6 is enabled."
What it means that?
I used in the past this App and never had this answer before.
Can somebody help me?

Hi jotaMena,
1. Please make sure your iPhone and iPad are both connected to the same network as your wireless computer.
2. Are you able to login through the NETGEAR Genie app/program on the wireless computer?
3. What version of the app do you have installed on your iOS devices?
Regards,
Dexter

- jotaMenaAspirantHello, I discover that I have problems with the internet provider, no signal at all. I need to see if this is the reason. Obviously I have internet when I reported this issue, but with the rain this week we lost our internet connection and after the Holidays, only tomorrow they will come to fix the problem. In that moment I will try again with the App to see what happened!
