Genie bypass account doesn't work on Mac since updated genie
Not that long ago, I updated the Genie app. I was hoping it would solve the bugs that it had. Unfortunately, the bug of refusing to quit and always having to force quit remains and NOW, the bypass login does not work. I have our overall settings set very high. For the public desktop computer, access is allowed to certain categories that I don't want accessed on devices. Now, we can't access them on the desktop either. I'd like to uninstall the current genie and go back to the last version and cannot find any information on how to do that. I have a Mac running OS 10.11

I had typed in the model number. How strange that it doesn't show.

Latest firmware is installed
It was the latest version of Genie. I've uninstalled it by dragging to trash and then I searched for netgear genie files in my library folders and deleted all that I found.
Bypass accounts work on my iPad and sons and husband's phones.
