Great connection, weak signal on Amazon Fire Tablet

1. You may be too close to the router when doing the test
2. Please try testing while you are at least 5 feet from the router.
3. Do they (WiFi analytics and Genie) still have different results at a further distance?
4. On which band are the devices connected?
5. Does the issue persist on both bands?
6. Have you tried using a wireless computer (non-mobile device)?
