    Hi @mamabear1,

    1. What is the firmware version of your device?

    2. What is the version of the NETGEAR Genie program that you have installed?

    3. Have you tried using other devices (another computer, smartphone, tablet)?

    4. Do you already have an existing OpenDNS account or are you still trying to set it up?

    Regards,

    2. What is the version of the NETGEAR Genie program that you have installed? 2.4.26

    3. Have you tried using other devices (another computer, smartphone, tablet)? no

    4. Do you already have an existing OpenDNS account or are you still trying to set it up? I set one up through the Genie , but when I try to login, it says "There was an error signing in, please make sure you're connected to the internet and try again."  I am using a C3700 Netgear modem/router combo

I am also having difficulty in setting up parental controls.

The Genie app doesn't seem to allow setting up a OPENDNS account.

      1. What is the firmware version of your device? V1.02.04

      2. What is the version of the NETGEAR Genie program that you have installed? 2.4.34

      3. Have you tried using other devices (another computer, smartphone, tablet)? yes

      4. Do you already have an existing OpenDNS account or are you still trying to set it up? I do not have an opendns account, and genie won't let me create one.

        Hi icemanihi,

        1. Please try setting up Parental Controls using another device.

        2. Try manually setting the DNS values on the device UI to the OpenDNS values of 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.

        Regards,
