I have a R9000 Netgear Nighthawk Router

Hello. I have a R9000 Netgear Nighthawk Router and since yesterday after doing a factory reset have been unable to login from the app on iOS. Been fine since 2021 but not anymore. My phone has nothing on to prevent this. It constantly goes to LOGON TIMED OUT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN. I can access the router on a desktop but I need the app to work. I have the latest update from Apple today 5/7/25. Is the Netgear mesh interfering? Please help.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank you.

  • It's just logging in to the app in having an issue with and your link only says how to report a bug? I need the timeout issue resolved as I still can't login. Thank you
