If I ever switch from router view to extender viwe, I cannot return to router view

I have an issue with the Nighthawk app. If I switch from the router view to the extender view, I CANNOT return to the router view without deleting cache and force stopping the app. Sometimes this does not work, and I have to repeat the process and reboot.

 

This is VERY annoying. I have a RAX120-100NAS router and a EX6400v3 extender.

Trying to reach any human help from Netgear is impossible. I am hoping that someone here will have an answer or, better yet, someone in the app development team will actually spend some time to listen to complaints about an app the Netgear is ALWAYS pushing.

 

Also, I have seen in other discussions to just use the PC for issues. I have yet to find a way to connect to my extender using my PC. If someone could enlighten me, I would much appreciate it.

 

I have a mesh system and both share the same SID. I often have issues things that connect via the extender.

 

I am a retired systems analyst - programmer. I am new to the community and would appreciate any help.

    Do you not see Network Map while on the Extenders screen in the app? 

    Please post a screen capture if what you see on the router and extender screens on the app.
