LOGON TIMED OUT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN.
Hello Netgear. Having a difficult time as I cannot login to the app anymore because of immediate timeout? What is happening and how to change it fix this issue? I can sheet logon on a desktop but this app just stopped working. I need three app to let me back in. Does a Netgear mesh, which is plugged in somewhere else inn home, blocking this? Was working fine for past five years. What happened? Rebooting twenty times did not help. Thank you

It's funny you blame iOS update? Can't you update your app to accommodate the iOS update? You keep telling me to look at the replies... None sat anything about the timeout from the app. This is all I want to happen. I don't need the web login. FIX YOUR APP PLEASE

iOS 18.4 Update was done 3/31. iOS18.4.1 was done 4/16. Fixes don't come over night, but it seems they don't come over a month either... This is impeding ACCESS to the APP. Is not a feature not working or the product partially working. A fix should have been provided quite sooner.

I totally agree. I used to like Netgear but the customer service is definitely suspect. It stopped working after I reset the router. It was already working using iOS 18.4.1. I am now in the market for another smart router. Netgear has lost my hope for a quick resolution

On iOS 18.5 and getting the logon timed out problem now, can't get to the Orbi app. Very frustrating.

NH app was updated over this past weekend for Apple devices. Check the Apple Store for the update. Still waiting on Android.
I was able to get logged in initially with Local Only mode, however enabling Anywhere Access, seems to break the local only connection.
Selecting Settings in the App gets me a spinning circle and loading and never completes.
Closing and reopening the app, gets me a failure to connect in the app or select another router to connect too.App still needs some work.

Is it working correctly for you over Local Only or Anywhere access?
