LPC on C6300BD not working

I have a C6300BD (fimware v2.01.08) and Genie v 2.4.26 and LPC has stopped working.  I had set it up previously and it was blocking sites correctly, but now when I select LPC from the Genie menu is says "It looks like you might not be connecting to the Internet through a supported NETGEAR router. Please make sure your computer is connected to your NETGEAR router via wireless or Ethernet connection. If the problem persists turn off your router and turn it back on, wait until LEDs are lit and try again."  I tried logging in via a browser and the LPC page takes me to the OpenDNS login; I can log in there and verify my settings are correct.  I have powered the router off and back on and updated to the latest version of Genie.  I see a "C6300B" listed in the page that lists the supported devices (http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/24686/~/netgear-genie-supported-routers).  I downloaded the iOS app to see if that would work, but it will not even log in to the router.  The router is set with the default IP address of 192.168.0.1.  The only other issue I can see with the router is that it fails the firware update check with a "Failed to get firmware version. message.  Is the C6300BD still supported?
