Netgear app
Netgear app device manager not working. I have uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times and received the same message every time : "Sorry, your device list failed to load. Please try again later." The latest version I have is 2.29.1.129. I have also rebooted the router (RAX50) multiple times, unplugged it and replugged it multiple times. Someone please help!
Thanks to those who responded. Because of my lack of patience 😬and not believing anyone would respond 😬, I did a hard reset on the router. After much weeping and gnashing of teeth, got all of our devices reconnected and the app is now working.

Have you tried getting into the RAX50 using the #browser graphical user interface (GUI)? That is always going to be a better way to manage a router. That would also rule out problems with the app. (Which one do you have? Android or iOS?)

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
